Shannon has worked at The Allerford Inn for 3 years as Soux Chef. Shannon trained at Petroc catering college and has always had a passion for baking. During lockdown Shannon Bakes was born. Making delicious homemade cupcakes and other baking products in Wellington.
When lockdown ended Shannon returned to her full time job at The Allerford Inn. This was not the end of Shannon Bakes.
The Allerford Inn and Shannon Bakes formed a partnership and Shannon Bakes now has all the facilities of our catering kitchens.
