We have had the most amazing meal tonight

wow!! the Allerford has just reopened and we have had the most amazing meal tonight. I would go so far as to say it was the best meal I have had out in a very long time…highly recommend the Allerford meat pizza and the steak and Butcombe ale pie….delicious

A great family pub, dog friendly

A great family pub, dog friendly. We were offered dog biscuits & drinking water for our mutt. The carvery looked excellent & is good value. It was Sunday lunchtime, the place was busy so there was a bit of a wait to be served at the bar, but that did not detract from our visit. We’ll be back with the mutt again soon.

Fantastic meal tonight, there were 14 of us and all served at the same time brilliant tasty food. Highly recommend. The cheesecake was amazing too.
