Due to high demand, we can’t keep our Toblerone Cheesecake recipe a secret anymore!

This scenario may be a dream for the most of us, but we’d like to think that one bite of this creamy, chocolate cheesecake has the power to transport you to a happy place.

Needless to say, the Toblerone cheesecake is no way healthy but it is delicious and that’s what really matters right? It’s also a no-bake recipe, which means it super straight-forward and reduces the risk of baking disasters by about 90% (totally a scientific estimate!)

The ingredients you shall need;

300g Toblerone

300g bourbon biscuits

100g butter

100g icing sugar

400g soft cheese

300ml double cream

a small amount of dark chocolate for grating

a round cake tin of 20mm

Right, let’s get to it!

Firstly, line you cake tin with grease proof paper, leaving a little overhang outside the tin as this will make moving the cheesecake later on easier.

Now the real stuff starts, you will need a mixing bowl; add your bourbon biscuits in and then you will need to crush them into crumbs – this is easily done with a rolling pin! Completely melt your butter. When the bourbon biscuits are crushed and the butter is melted mix the two together, making sure all the crumbs are coated in the butter. Pour the mix into the cake tin and press down, covering the whole of tin’s base with the mix.



When all the base is covered evenly, place the cake tin in the fridge to set.

Whilst the base is setting, put your icing sugar in the mixing bowl along with the soft cheese, mix these two together. Pour the double cream into the mix and combine all three ingredients together until you have a soft and creamy consistency. A trick to this recipe is not to whisk the cream mixture too much after you’ve added the double cream. Slightly over whisking the mixture can alter the final taste a lot – so be careful!


Now you need to melt the Toblerone, it is best to put in it the microwave for 30 seconds at a time as you really don’t want to burn the chocolate, so keep checking it every 30 seconds until fully melted. When it is melted, add it to the mixing bowl and mix well until you have no cream left and the chocolate has covered everything. When all that is done, get your cake tin out of the fridge and pour the entire mix onto the set bourbon biscuit base, using a spatula which will be your best friend when scrapping all the ingredients out of the mixing bowl. Spread out the mixture evenly over the base and grate the dark chocolate over the top of the cheesecake to finish it off.
